Darryl Brewer is a strategist, entrepreneur, and community builder with a lifelong commitment to helping businesses grow with purpose and precision. His work sits at the intersection of economic development, leadership, and real-world execution—shaped by decades of experience across public service, private enterprise, and military leadership.
With a foundation in business, communications, and regional and urban planning, Darryl understands how systems work—whether those systems are cities, organizations, or small businesses looking to scale.
That perspective guided his work with the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, where he led economic development initiatives that exceeded city contracts, expanded access to opportunities for minority-owned businesses, and helped connect Black contractors to millions of dollars in public and private projects.
During his tenure, Darryl launched innovative programs designed to educate, equip, and
elevate entrepreneurs, including weekly business intelligence forums, hands-on coaching, and structured learning platforms for small business owners ready to move to the next level. His work helped strengthen the local business ecosystem while expanding visibility and opportunity for underserved communities.
Beyond economic development, Darryl brings the discipline of a U.S. Army Captain, honorably serving 13 years in the Army and Army National Guard, along with over two decades of experience in B2B sales for Fortune 500 companies. As a business owner himself, he understands entrepreneurship from the inside—having owned and operated a successful service business for over a decade.
Today, Darryl leads with clarity, strategy, and integrity—focused on helping organizations and entrepreneurs make smart moves, build lasting value, and position themselves for long-term success.
